Dennis A. Eastman is President and CEO of ENCO Utility Services.
Mr. Eastman has led the research to find the best technical solutions to deliver our utility
services. Previously, at Southern California Edison he was the Vice President of Electric
Distribution and managed the $5 billion utility infrastructure to gain significant operational
efficiencies while improving customer service as measured through service interruption
frequency and customer minutes of interruption. Mr. Eastman was instrumental in creating
and implementing new technology applications within the utility industry. |

| Robert M. H. de Korné Senior Vice President of California Operations |

Robert (Bob) M. H. de Korné is Senior Vice President of California Operations for
ENCO Utility Services. Mr. de Korne is responsible for ENCO’s projects in California. Previously
at Southern California Edison, during his distinguished 31-year career, Bob held many leadership positions. He
directed the design, construction, and operations of the electric system for several districts while managing
the delivery of customer service and supporting community affairs. |

| Ruby M. Irigoyen Senior Vice President of Customer Services |

Ruby M. Irigoyen is Senior Vice President of Customer Services for ENCO Utility Services.
She is responsible for the delivery of billing and customer care services, demand side management, and energy
efficiency programs. While at Southern California Edison during her 29-year career, she worked extensively
in the areas of public affairs, customer field services, accounting, credit, collection, and call center service
delivery. She also directed all aspects of the state-of-the-art facility known as the Customer Technology Application
Center (CTAC) to develop, test, and demonstrate new energy efficient technology applications for Southern California
Edison customers. |

| Dennis Eskola Vice President of Florida Operations |

Dennis Eskola is Vice President of ENCO Utility Services, responsible for ENCO's Florida Operations. Previously with Southern California Edison Co. for 32 years, Dennis started his career as a Groundman and Apprentice Lineman eventually assuming senior management responsibilities for Operations & Maintenance and Engineering & Planning at numerous geographical locations within Edison's service territory. As a District and then Regional Manager, Dennis was responsible for all design, construction, operations and maintenance activities involved in providing service to 600,000 customers spread over 5,600 square miles. Dennis has extensive experience with the operations of infrastructure rebuild, overhead to underground installations and improved circuit reliability. |

| Larry Yates Vice President of Arizona Operations |

Larry Yates is Vice President of ENCO Utility Services, responsible for ENCO’s Arizona operations. Previously with the City of High Point, North Carolina for 32 years, most recently as Director of Electric Utilities, Larry was responsible for managing an electric system that included 12 substations, 40 miles of Transmission lines and 480 miles of Overhead and 260 miles of Underground 12kV Distribution lines. In addition, Larry oversaw an annual Capital Improvement Budget of $11,000,000. |

| Rodney L. Davis Vice President of Construction |

Rodney (Rod) L. Davis is Vice President of ENCO Utility Services, responsible for ENCO’s Florida operations. Previously with Southern California Edison Co. for 31 years, Rod managed their design, construction and electric system operations in numerous geographical locations. Additionally, as Manager of Edison’s Electric Business Line, Rod led the electric distribution staff that served over four million customers. This responsibility included the development and implementation of strategic practices governing the design, construction and operational standards associates with an extensive and diverse electric utility distribution system. |

| Anton Smeerdyk Vice President Engineering and Planning |

Anton (Tony) Smeerdyk is Vice President of ENCO Engineering and Planning for ENCO Utility Services. Mr. Smeerdyk is responsible for electric distribution planning and engineering activities for all ENCO Utility Services projects. Previously at Southern California Edison, during a distinguished 28-year career, Tony held many leadership positions in the Planning and Engineering organization. He directed the planning, engineering and design of the electric system for several divisions and districts while managing the customer service staff that interfaced with new or existing customers for electric service needs. Tony is a registered professional Engineer, currently licensed in California and Florida. |

Jack Stermer is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ENCO Utility Services.
He is responsible for market planning, national sales and corporate advertising. Prior to joining ENCO,
Jack was Director, Sales and Alliance Management for Chevron Energy Solutions. |
